Dear Residents,
We wanted to give you an update on the remote/gate issue that we all have been experiencing. Our trouble shooting determined that the receivers, particularly on the east gate have become faulty. Therefore we are in the process of replacing/upgrading the receivers in both the east and west gates. This process will take about 2-3 weeks with ordering parts, installation, and testing.
We ask for your continued patience and thank all of those who sent us your individual remote information. It was truly helpful in the our trouble shooting. Upon completion, if you still have issues you will mostly likely need to replace your remote. We can determine that at that time, if necessary.
