TAKE NOTICE!

Unfortunately there has been an attempted break-in at one of the homes here in Harvest Crossing.  Thankfully the individual has an alarm that scared the criminals away.  We just wanted to make everyone aware, not to alarm anyone but simply to remind everyone to lock windows and doors, close garage doors and simply be aware of what’s going on.  If you see something that seems odd, take note!

Our Community Events team is also currently looking at additional precautions we can take such as posting “Neighborhood Watch” signs, etc.  If you have any ideas, pass them along!

Fall Clean Up

COMMON AREA FALL CLEAN UP

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 2ND, 2013 8:00AM TO 10:00AM

COME HELP GET THE BUSHS READY FOR WINTER AND PULL ANY WEEDS IN THE COMMON AREA OF OUR CUMMUNITY SO COME SPRING EVERYTHING WILL BE READY AND BEAUTIFUL.  ALL WE HAVE IS THE AREA BY THE PARK AND STRAIGHT OUT THROUGH THE EAST GATE.  BRING CLIPPERS, PURNERS ETC.  WE WILL HAVE PLASTIC BAGS TO PUT ALL THE CLIPPINGS SO THEY CAN BE PUT IN THE TRASH.  IF EVERYONE TAKES A BAG OF CLIPPINGS AND PUTS IT WITH THEIR DUMPSTER WE WILL SAVE THE COST OF HAULING IT AWAY.  IF WE HAVE A GOOD TURNOUT IT WON’T TAKE US LONG AND EVERYONE CAN STILL ENJOY THEIR SATURDAY.  IF ANY ONE KNOWS HOW TO PRUNE TREES LET US KNOW FOR A FUTURE ACTIVITY PERHAPS IN THE SPRING.  LET’S ALL PITCH IN TO MAKE OUR COMMUNITY THE BEST IT CAN BE AND KEEP OUR HOA FEES AFFORDABLE.  IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR SUGGESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT STACEY WARD AT 801-738-2716 OR stacey_wardt@yahoo.com.

Gate delay

Harvest Crossing residents;

 
Please be aware that we have run in to some issues with the phone line that is connected to the gate for the coding system.  Due to this issue, we have not been able to switch over to the new coding system.  1036 is still active so you can continue to give this generic gate code to your guests until further notice.  Thank you for your patience as we work through this.  We are currently working with Centrylink to get this resolved as soon as possible.
