You may have noticed the bright red curb that joined our community this week 🙂 At the suggestion of South Jordan Fire Department and to minimize blind corners for cars, we have painted the curb around the fire hydrants and the east end of the Pavilion. Please ensure your family and friends know not to park in this area. This will be especially important when you reserve the pavilion!
Also, we’ve noticed the grass around the community is a bit yellow this year and the Landscape company has recommended some additional applications of fertilizer. During the year our landscaping company will be fertilizing all of our lawns, both community and personal. We will have a total of 4 applications; liquid in the spring and fall and granule twice in the summer. Please watch for the 2 applications in the summer and increase your watering after the application to soak into your grass. The first application will be in the next couple of weeks.

WE STILL NEED PEOPLE TO STEP UP AND NOMINATE THEMSELVES FOR THE HOA BOARD!!! IT TAKES A TEAM TO KEEP THE COMMUNITY RUN NICE! PLEASE CONSIDER VOLUNTEERING!
